Game Outage?

Is the game down? I haven't been able to get anything other than a black screen after the initial vertical loading screen for almost 2 hours now.

Android too. You got another device you can test on? Testing this gives an idea whether its your account issue or your original device problem.

Now the thing with android is uninstalling doesn't get rid of everything. One thing you can try is to go to the Mobage folder in the phone storage. Its a folder called ".ngmoco" which you can delete and once you run the game it will redownload event and world data. That would be a total clean up just in case there are some corrupted data. It would also mean you have to remember your IGN and password since have to log back in again.

Also, deleting that folder means all mobage games data will be deleted. So will have to do the same for all mobage games in the sense that the event/game data will be redownload. You wouldn't be able to know which folder is NR since its all in numbers/alphabets.

Or there is an app called Clean Ninja Royale that only specifically targets the NR folder in that mobage folder. Get that app by emailing NR.
