luck on a weapon

So after the last event. I was ranked 2568 or something so just missed the next rank prize. I got 1 x ace sonic hammer. Got ok damage but came out with 50 luck. Luck also levels with the weapon if u upgrade.

Was this a glitch? Does luck still work?

Lucks always been there. You never noticed it cuz u never gotten a ace gear before. Only purple shaded gear have luck and they are only given to ppl that rank high enough. Yes luck works. Visit the thread about them.

Yeah, I found that with similar stats in the towers, it was easier in general in the 2 towers I had luck items equipped. Got slightly better encounters, critted more, generally had fewer close calls or losses to Heisters, and found I got hit less often and for less damage.

Of course, it's all completely unscientific, but it's there.

Now, I don't give up a ton when I use luck, but if it's a 1000 point difference in attack/defense vs having 100 points of luck, I'm going with the luck.

For new players, there are a few low level items that have luck, but not much (like 8-10 points). It's not that exciting.
