hi guys, i have an item called ' bright-out' anyone have any ideas on what it does or how too use it?? thank tyou

bright out is used in drop em events. As of right now drop em events are gone. The developers pulled it out and yet to bring that type of event back. So you just have to hold on to that bright out till the event comes back. It is used to clear the fog on saizo missions so you can spot the fake saizos easily.
