reward from beginners event

hi, i joined this game 3 days ago, and i was in this beginners event which last for 3 days. today the event just endet and i was on the 1st place, now my question is, how can i claim the reward?

any idea how long this normally take? i am not an inpatient person, but the event ended yesterday already^^

Well it normally gives you your stuff a few hours after. Are you sure you don't have it yet? Do you have the mantis clan? Not sure why you wouldn't have gotten it same day.
