Hi all, i noticed that when i receive primers from friends, they give me points but there aren't change in the reading bar. Is this normal?

I notice that too. I just chalk it up to another one of the numerous bugs the game had. Less stress for me LOL

I noticed that sometimes when you start reading that primer the bar refreshes itself. For example, last primer even I read one epic primer and it was memorised coz I had read several dozen of them through friends before completing the rare primers.
