Karma, LVL up

When preparing for the next event should you ensure you have one full energy bar till level up (so you can use 2 in your first sitting) or enough experience left to gain for 2 energy bars, the idea that you use 1 karma to finish the level then use 3 energy bars in one sitting.

I usually do half an energy bar to lvl up, which is like 51-54 energy. Then that sets me up for 2 full uses(1 from lvl up and 1 from karma) and then a 2-3 hour wait time. After that rinse and repeat and i usually use up all my karma early afternoon.

My second setup is used sometimes when i'm tired or i know i'm going to be busy I set it up as a full energy bar on lvl up then use the 1 full bar then wait 2-3 hours and then use that up then have a 5-6 hour wait time waiting for the lvl up.

Yes it does.

I see... was thinking if I enter floor rush(with full karma) 1 or 2 hours before my karma resets, I would be up against the less active ppl as well as those who would have likely expended their karmas already

I find less people on before a karma reset, so what you do is you save 2 karma's worth and burn through a floor rush if you have to do it that way. Almost no competition there at all.

Somehow I find that each of my karma resets exactly 24hrs after I used a karma?

The reset for karma is at 8AM EST or 5AM PST daily. At that point, the use of all 3 karma comes back. If you use it at the exact time every single day, it will seem like it is a 24 hour refresh.
