Scyth, don't have the salamanca (didn't get enough points to claim the suit) but the teryu is 25% defence on fire lineage.

sushis...haven't spent any on SD's yet(just used free ones)...it's such a rip off >.> i still do well with just sushis...#50 now.

I guess my problem is that I can't beat any Meisters without frenzy, I don't have trouble with anything else though. But I guess my question is do you have any difficulty beating them Sarah? I'm trying to figure out the atk & def gap I need to get to to be able to be able to beat them outside of frenzy.

You should be able to beat the minor even without frenzy. Make sure you choose your best gears (auto slot and maybe with some slight adjustment). The minors are scaled to your attack.

Salamanca is 125% atk fire and Tenryu is 125% def fire.

Also, the most blatant money grab I've ever seen NR do. No thank you. Notice it also takes away your chances of getting the Pola and Ambaris gear. Its only Rooibok, Tenryu, and Salamanca equipment available during those times.

Yeah minor is never a problem but the higher I go in the towers the harder they get, I used to be able to beat major durring a frenzy no prob but after level 7 not even an attack boost helps. Now I'm having the same problem with green, I can only beat him outside of frenzy 3/5ths of the time. You know what? Screw it I'm throwing my money in haha!!!

This is what I have cleared...for floor rushes...if you check your completed challenges it'll show up

Earth - 3(sword) *on 4*
Fire - 3(sword) *on 4*
Wind - 3(sword), 5(shield), 8(brac), 9(sword) *on 11*
Thunder - 4(sword), 6(shield), 7(brac), 9(sword) *on 11*
Water - 4(sword), 5(shield), 7(brac), 9(sword), 11(shield), 14(brac) *cleared*

and in case you were wondering, this is my gamer name as well...I don't spend any money on the game and still manage to get within the top 500...usually between 300-400 range

and it is possible to clear 3 towers with no money...just gotta time your game so you don't waste karma and energy, figure out how much exp 1 karma knocks out, and just wait till you have the energy to set it up till you have just enough to lvl up...just takes strategy...been playing for a while now so you would easily pick up tricks from the game...and I already have the pola clan...they just give you money...useless...seeing as how i have 50mil...

if you wanna jump up in the towers fast, choose element you would have hardest doing...climb up as high as you can till you're about to die, leave that tower, go to a low lvl tower, and clear a floor, every time you clear a floor you get healed...after you heal, go back to the higher lvl tower, by the time you clear it, you should have enough gear to power your way through the other towers with event only gear, and your lineage gear...

If you just want points to get to the top, get to floor 15, and battle even if you die...you get points either way and you lose rep so you never complete it...and by the last day, points will be doubled so staying on the 15th floor will give you x2 points for winning/losing/draw...

now 3 tower clear to lv 10...try to get 3 tower 15th floor but i think is so hard for me coz im busy at work recently...cant really spend time on tis event...haiz...

I did not know this, thanks for the heads up, I've been relying on my memory to post my floor rushes but the memory isn't what it used to be hehe. Will post mine in a few hours.

Oh yeah, the trick doesn't work, I only have the same number on challenges as well as on fused weapon. I just noticed, I have a disproportionate amount of weapons to shield/tools ratio. I may have screwed up when I was writing it down

Did anyone else receive a 4-rare Pola helm in their inventory? I dont know how but I did.

They've been sending the missing gears. If you clear certain stages early, you are suppose to get 2 of the gears instead of one. NR is just correcting those.

I am on level 15 of fire and water. Already cleared L15 wind. Reach L15 for water first actually but L14 was so difficult that I intentionally went to wind. Easier there since my attack is 300k with 1000+ luck. Fire was medium difficulty.

Anyway, just want to hear some opinions. Being that I am on L15 of 2 towers, I know I can get the epic early before event ends. So should I stay or try to move ahead on the other towers? I cleared L3 of earth and thunder too, but that was mostly to get back my life during the main tower battles.

Give your opinions since I haven't decided myself.

So I got to complete 1st floor Apex. Wow so easy. Except rep amount gets crazier. They haven't unlocked 2nd floor yet.

Does anyone think NR will put something special now when the fast heisters will stop coming?

okay.... has nyone else been boned out of the the suit the offered for a single premium offering? i got screwed the first day so i tried again on the 2nd day for the other clan... needless to say i got screwed on both.... but i have seen others with the clan in the arena... just wondering if im the only one who got boned?

Those clans are actually from previous events. Same as pola. So not surprising if some ppl have those clans. I think they fixed it already. Or just email NR. These type of things usually they can resolve.

Going to try clearing 5 towers

3 towers is pretty much confirmed anyway. Cleared Wind and Fire. Water is at L15 (haven't gone back there). Went back to thunder and earth. Very easy and can kill lots of fast heisters with frenzy because don't have to worry about keeping the health at the lower levels. Now up to L8 of thunder (used sushi) and L5 of earth.

(Update cleared L10 of thunder and earth, and another day or so to go)

Anyway... just want to keep a record of (bought) sushi usage. Hate spending money but if have to do it, at least minimize it.

Bought Sushi usage: 9 (29-30/12/12)
Bought SD usage: nil (yet)
Large First Aid: 2 (30/12/12)

PS-shouldn't have bothered with the other 2 towers ever since met the target of epic for ambaris. Needs too much sushi and probably SD to get to APEX. But once started I like to finish, but last time am trying... although started a bit late if gonna spend.

YES if looking for the free large first aid kit. So best if you lose at the start. Not when your streak is high. Or only lose when it not longer matters like you are staying at L15.

NO if you mean the small battles. So can lose the fight for the small first aid kit, but you usually take a massive hit on your rep points as the ninjas you battle are usually weaker than you.

I don't know what it is about arena events but I don't seem to do well in them lol. I can crack top 1000 in crackdown and drop'em but arena, I'm lucky to get get in the top 15k. Ugh oh well.
