about clans and clans gear

Hi, i started few days ago but with some luck i obtained the ophidia clan suite and all 3 piece of gear, but onestly i don't understand the system, i equipped the ophidia suite on the helm but i have no bonus from it. Can you explain me the clan system? Thanks

Nice to have you on the forums! On the clan suit the numbers from left to right are atk/def/tools They boost the gear's stat by percentage they are equipped on. For example you equipped it on ur helmet and lets just say ur helmet has a stat of 5345. The Ophidia clan is 105/100/100. So 100% of 5345 is 5345, your totally def stat is now 10690. BUT the Ophidia clan has 105% on atk so it would be best to equip it on a weapon so you would get that extra 5% boost of atk. Certain clans boost different gears by lineage. It has to be equipped on the same element as the clan otherwise it won't get it.

Best you can really do is just use auto slot and dont have to worry bout it. It really does a good job 90% of the time deciding what is best.

From my experience its barely noticeable. A person on the forum had a good rule of thumb. If you are deciding to equip a luck weapon with lower atk vs regular weapon with higher atk(10k diff) It would be best to just equip the regular weapon. Luck helps a little bit with more crits and some ppl claim you get more encounters with them. I personally see not much of a difference to care. So to answer that question I would have to say not really useful.

So maybe is better to use equipment with luck during missions to find more treasures and then switch the equip against boss or other player?

When I said encounters I meant for saizos. I'm not sure if it works for everything else. You could if u want to and test this theory but I think it would be too much of a hassle to do that. As far as I know, luck only affects atk. Thats my opinion anyways. Hope that helps.

No harm trying the luck. It might make a difference. I do know for lower level ninjas, the encounter rates are higher with better luck on getting gears regardless of equipment. Maybe an induced luck.

I do know this, with luck if you are battling for treasures, you get help more often than without. As for attacking bosses, if gears have better attack by more than 5000, its better to equip the gear without the luck.
