I've been joining teams 8-10 mins after round start. I seem to either land on a team with instant claimers who do all the work and I don't need to claim points, or a against a team of claimers where I just rack up MVPs and win it in the end.

Either way I find you're more in control of the TB outcome this way. If you have 1 more person on the team that knows what they're doing then you're pretty much set for a win.

One round I was paired with ps0520 we kept alternating 3bts and winning MVP or #2s all round and just claimed 80k pts between us to win the end. Another round i paired with MilkmanMoo and got 10 or so #2s just using only 3bts while he claimed MVPs

Sitting in T50 with 80k points in the bank. I've spent $40 on dora to keep attacks going as I'm still trying to get some good gear. This strategy seems to work for me.

5 rare gear looks mighty fine..too bad I won't be able to get it..too many points required. I found it easier to get 5 rare gear in arena event. Will have to settle for 4 rare stuff

Well at least I got epic suits..I really wanted the rex epic. No worries now just gonna chill.

Just got screwed on an Ember 45. I was in the MVP spot, and the thing just disappeared. It still had 20 minutes or so left and 900k to go. I checked back after ten minutes, and it was just gone.

Yea that happened to me in the past. It sucks but there is nothin u can do about it.

Got both epic suits. Still hanging around the 500s. It's been a pretty good event thus far, but most of the event gear is fairly weak.

Are they going to give double points the last day? I do want that glaive.

I just used a sandstill on a mercury because I ran out of energy and didn't want to lose it at 320 points left. I got rid of 50 clouts... WTF?

So you didnt kill it the first time and decided to use it on ur 2nd time encounter? Just to let you know it is near impossible to kill it the 2nd time around within the time limit. The only way to actually get it the 2nd time around is to get the 2nd encounter right after the first one and to also lower the hp enough the first time so that u kill it in 1 hit.

The timer keeps ticking even when the load screen comes up and goes out and also when its dying. Ur talking about 6 secs to get through all that. U only get 10 secs i believe to kill it. So 4 secs is pretty much all u have to kill it the 2nd time. Also since u used ur sandstill it increases the time of the battle. Using it still doesnt stop the 10sec clock from ticking.

Bascially pt is, never waste ur sandstills on the superboss(mercury) it is a waste and it doesnt give u as much pts as a mvp on a raid boss would. Using a sandstill on a raid boss pretty much guarantees u a spot in the top 3.

You have 30 seconds to kill the super boss. The Battle is only 10 seconds long. 3-5 seconds for opening and closing screens. And that's why you have about 10-12 seconds after the first round of battle.

That's why its practically impossible to achieve a kill super boss the next round in time.

Hey Everyone ! Still hanging on at #52. Top 50 is no Joke ! So just Bought 2 Large Dora Specials=10 L 6 S have 600 M.oba left dont know if I should get the Sushi special=5 sushi+1dora s or maybe just spend $2.00 and get another Dora Special. Goal is to be 50 or better. Oh and Last Day Double Points thing, If thats True maybe I should hang on to some of my Dora instead of going HAM Today?

Only day off this week :-( lucky it fell on the day of the rex helm TB. That's only one I cared about, not so much the sword. I'm going to jam that Go! button for the next hour n half. Woo! Good start to a day off I tell you what.

Gah, I dont think ill make top 50..at #69 with couple bosses to claim. wish I could play more, then I would definitely make it. :/

No one cares about the team battle on my team. Couple lvl 700 + 500 on my team, but no oneputting in work? I guess this lvl 200 got to show them how its done. On the only item I want. I better sharpen my shurikens.

The high levels are likely waiting until the very end to claim their points in order to keep the crit chance high. Or they don't care about the item.

Similarly, I won't make top 50's either. Seems like we're floating around the same place Sarah.

I'm not doin so good either..stuck in the 200s. Just can't seem to climb higher. +1 kudos to top 100. Good luck to all in next event.

did ya'll use ur doras that you got for free in this event? to get up to the 100s? I just want to compare where i stand lol. I'm probably gonna end up in the 200s, but thats because I didnt use a lot of my free doras and i have 70 saved up for the next crackdown. Otherwise if i had i think i would of made top 100 ez.

Pretty much burn through all the free Dori like a pack of cigarettes after a night of partying. But that's ok, cuz I like crackdown. Probably goin to end up in the #5000 ranking area. Hopefully better then #5805 because that is where I ended up in the last crackdown. This noob is getting better.
